These terms govern your use of the Meridion AI website and client/rep portals. By using our site or services, you agree to them.

Our Services

Meridion AI designs and builds custom websites, applications, and ad campaigns for local businesses. Specific project scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed with each client individually before work begins, and are reflected in your project's agreement and portal.

Plans & Payment

Monthly plans renew automatically and can be canceled at any time with no penalty; access continues through the end of the paid period. One-time packages are billed as agreed at the start of the project. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Revisions & Our Guarantee

We revise your website until you're satisfied. If, after your first look, we've clearly missed the mark, we'll rebuild it from scratch at no extra charge — see the guarantee on our homepage for full detail.

Client Portal

Your portal account is for your business's use only. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or portal to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual Property

For one-time packages, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you upon full payment. For monthly plans, you retain full use of your website for as long as your plan is active. Meridion AI retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridion AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, portal, or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
